Library Remodeling Project
First Steps

To prepare for the Library's remodeling project, the Library will be making several changes in the coming weeks.

• The Upper Lobby doors will be converted to Emergency Exits.
• The security gates will be moved to the Lower Lobby.
• Hold items awaiting pickup will be moved to open shelves in the Lower Lobby so that patrons can pick them up without delays.
• Two self-check stations will be moved to the Lower Lobby. The third self-check station will remain in the Children's Room.

The Lower Lobby Service Desk will handle all registration, renewals and fines. Staff will be available to assist patrons with picking up materials and checking them out.

These changes will help the Library operate more efficiently and prepare the staff and public for the expanded library space.
