MCMP Episode #6: Why Yoga? with Tarah Mancl

We have Tarah Mancl on, who is a yoga instructor at the Wellness Barn, located right across the street from the library in Wisconsin Rapids. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through YogaFit; also a registered member of Yoga Alliance.

On January 15th Tarah will be teaching a class, “Gentle Yoga with Tarah Mancl” It will be a gentle vinyasa flow for the body, mind and spirit. In this practice we synchronize breath with movement through a flowing series of basic asanas and sequences. This gentle flow is designed to develop balance, build strength and increase flexibility, leaving students with reduced stress, inner calm, and heightened awareness. All levels welcome, modifications will be offered.
