Participants in this Family Fun event can each decorate a plain plastic bag tag with pre-selected images from the library's Silhouette cutter. This program is for children aged 8-11. Registration is required for this program. Space is limited.
Baby storytime will be Tuesday mornings at 10:30am on the 2nd floor in the youth services storytime area.
We will read stories, sing songs and rhymes, and end with a play time.
This program is geared towards kiddos 0-2 years old.
It is what it sounds like - a community puzzle swap. Bring your pre-loved puzzles and swap them for new pre-loved ones!
Drop off your puzzles, with no missing pieces & in the original box, at the Service desk anytime we are open!
Join us Monday afternoons at 1:30pm and Monday evenings at 6pm for a movie in our Fine Arts Center theater. This week we'll be showing "Wicked" which is rated PG and runs 2h 40m. Elphaba, a misunderstood young woman because of her green skin, and Galinda, a popular girl, become friends at Shiz University in the Land of Oz.
The Red Cross will be holding a blood drive that is open to the public. You can save up to 3 lives just by donating blood. Adults and teens 16 and over are eligible to donate. Visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-733-2767 to register for an appointment between 10am and 3pm. You can also drop by to see if there are any openings to donate. Thank you for saving lives!
Join us for a relaxing hour of coloring. Coloring sheets and a variety of coloring options will be provided.
Families are invited to gather together in our Children's room for some fun stories, songs, and an activity. This program takes place each Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. This is a drop-in program and registration is NOT required.
Need help on a device? Stop into the library every Wednesday from 9-11am to get help from Mid-State and McMillan Library staff. No appointment necessary.
